Very pleasant. Although the service took a bit longer than anticipated, i realize I did request an annual inspection done and they also fixed a broken hub bolt. Overall a very good experience and if I lived closer, a dealer I would return to regularly. (A previous dealer had quoted me nearly a thousand dollars to fix the broken bolt, what a difference).

Both Albion and I were blown over with how friendly and knowledgeable everyone at the dealership was. The manager came out and introduced himself and asked how he could help us. I purchased the Allstate Premier Care Wrap service contract for my 2022 GMC Canyon. The vehicle had 24k miles when the key would not turn off the truck. I brought the truck in for diagnosis and was shocked when I received a nearly $200 invoice for the diagnostic work......I thought I bought a service contract so I wouldn't have these bills. I was never told that I would get a bill for diagnostic....I got hood winked

Hello Faron, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We want to clarify that the Allstate Premier Care Wrap service contract you purchased was obtained through the previous ownership of the dealership, when it was Dutch Chevrolet. Since becoming Stanley Chevrolet, we have not offered Allstate products. Every extended warranty provider has its own rules regarding what is and isn’t covered, and unfortunately they can vary quite a bit. The service contracts we currently provide, through Zurich North America, do include diagnostic charges as part of their coverage so that customers don’t face unexpected bills during the repair process. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a diagnostic invoice when you thought you were covered. Please know our team is always available to review situations like this, answer questions, and provide clarity on coverage so there are no surprises in the future. The Stanley Chevrolet service writers worked me in to their schedule on short notice to check it out. The tech tested my vehicle and found no problem. The service writer explained the process and made me comfortable that my Yukon electrical system was working correctly and I did not have to worry at all. Staff was nice and courteous.Although my truck was dropped off on Friday morning 2/06/26,and over the phone the service manager had told me that the truck would be done by the end of the day Friday.It was not,no biggie.As I was informed by the same service manager that the truck would be done by the next day for sure.I got a message telling me that the copy of my license that I went in so they could copy,was lost/ misplaced and that was near closing time on Saturday.So I was unable to reach anybody about the matter as I was on a snowmobile trip.Truck was finally done on Monday afternoon.My previous visit like 3-4 wks before left me in the waiting room for nearly 3 hrs.after I was told that my truck would be brought right in and addressed.Courteous staff but,hard scheduling conflicts.

Ashely was great in keeping me informed. I was told the vehicle had been road tested, and cruise control, adaptive cruise control, errant side view mirror alerts, and collision avoidance had all been repaired. Unfortunately after leaving in the vehicle, driving the vehicle, and then reconnecting the vehicle with OnStar, the only improvement that I saw, was the auto set for time and date now functioned. I did notice that the in mileage, and out mileage were the same, so the 1/2 hour plus test drive I was told occurred would have proved challenging.
